Theme wedding: Destination I do! Photo by Patricia Stimac

All aboard for "Destination I Do!

Christina and Leo embarked on their voyage of marriage, vowing to journey through life, to experience adventures together at the Lake Washington Rowing Club.

It was a true autumn day in Seattle -- the wedding colors reflected the blues of the water and the sky, the rich greens that still color the landscape and a fabulous copper/brown.

This is so true!

The place cards were cut from maps and each table represented a certain place in the world.

Blue Ribbon Cooking School provided a comprehensive service for the wedding, including catering, decorations, linens and more.

Everything looked great.  A blue questionnaire was at each place setting -- it was fun to fill out!

After the ceremony, the room was quickly reset for the reception while Leo and Christina toured Lake Union and beyond on "Captain Mike's" boat (also a service provided by Blue Ribbon).  The bride and groom found it to be the perfect way to take in their change in "status."

Yup, after a very touching ceremony that included vows that created a shower of joyful tears and a family unity candle lighting, they are now Mr. and Mrs!  (Hopefully, more photos of that to follow!)
