Marriage Tip of the Week

This is a bit of an unusual post for me.  We don't endorse a certain way of being, doing or an approach to life.

In this case, both Kent and I have found a technique known as the Emotional Freedom Technique, commonly known as EFT, to be very useful in many aspects of our lives.  The reason I'm bringing this up is that the 2013 Tapping World Summit began tonight.  It is a free event and well worth the time to participate.

To become familiar with the Tapping method, you may wish to click here to read a short article about it.  It is very simple ... and can be highly effective, even if you don't believe in the methodology.  There is no dogma or doctrine, just a tapping technique at certain meridian points on the face and upper body.

The Summit is usually held once a year over a 10-day period. It consists of two daily sessions – in each session a particular expert shares their experience and knowledge about Tapping on topics such as pain relief,  emotional healing or even financial well being.  You can listen to the two speakers over a 24-hour period for free.

Tonight we listened and tapped along with Carol Look as she explored the topic of Self-Sabotage.  We enjoyed it and are very excited about the next nine days! Wonderful things seem to happen in our lives during these 10 days.
